actually masakit na ang tuhod ko bago pa ako lumuhod kahapon. matagal tagal na rin kasi akong di lumuluhod... hahaha...
maybe its bcoz ur not the sporty type...stretching lng yan, hehe =Dsarap bng lumuhod?
mahirap lumuhod. pero masaya naman ako pagkatapos. =)
